She Leads UK 2026 REPORT

 The centerpiece of our visit was the Third Annual She Leads UK Consultation at St. George’s House, Windsor Castle.

This year, twelve women traveled from

 the United States, joining women from throughout the United Kingdom and beyond. Fifty-seven women participated in the consultation, and later we were joined by many more as we honored

 17 outstanding Christian Women of Distinction from across the United Kingdom for their faithful service and leadership.

Our theme, “Anchored and Unafraid,” spoke powerfully into this moment in history. In a world experiencing tremendous uncertainty and change, we were reminded that our security is found in Jesus Christ. When we are anchored in Him, we can stand courageously and without fear.

Every part of the consultation was remarkable—the presence of the Lord, the deepening friendships, the unity among women from different nations, and our shared commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God.

Once again, we were reminded that God is strategically raising up His daughters to serve Him with courage, humility, wisdom, and unwavering faith in this generation.

 One participant beautifully described

 She Leads UK 2026 as:

“A time of refreshing and reset… a fulfillment of Proverbs 31:31, where a woman is honored for her works because she fears the Lord.”

She described the women gathered at Windsor as living examples of Proverbs 31—women faithfully serving in business, education, government, ministry, media, the arts, and many other spheres of society.

She continued:

“It’s a safe place where women can be vulnerable and celebrated—a place where God weaves destinies together for His Kingdom.”

Another participant reflected on the extraordinary atmosphere of the consultation:

“From the moment you walked in, the atmosphere was one of safety, encouragement, and genuine care. It created a space where women could be vulnerable, share openly, and support one another without judgment.”

She spoke of friendships that have grown stronger over the three years of She Leads UK, outstanding panel discussions that addressed important issues facing women today, and the wonderful contribution of the American delegation.

That is one of the greatest joys of She Leads: honoring women, connecting women, and creating an environment where relationships can grow and Kingdom assignments can emerge.

Among the many highlights of the consultation were several extraordinary conversations and divine appointments.

Our special guest, Queen Olori Atuwatse III of Nigeria, was an incredible blessing.

From the moment we sat beside one another during the consultation, a genuine friendship began to form. She is a woman of tremendous wisdom, grace, dignity, and spiritual authority.

Later, Queen Olori delivered a stirring address on the vital role of women in leadership. As she prayed over us, the Holy Spirit moved powerfully.

In that moment, I sensed that we were being called to link arms and lock shields as daughters of the King, standing together for the Kingdom of God across the nations.

What began as a meeting at Windsor Castle became something much deeper—a Kingdom relationship that I believe God will continue to use in the years ahead.

 The Third Annual She Leads UK Consultation was about far more than one gathering.

We came away sensing that God is continuing to enlarge the vision.

Relationships were strengthened. New friendships were born. Women from different backgrounds and nations discovered common purpose. Doors began opening for future expansion, and conversations emerged concerning what God may be doing in Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Israel, and beyond.

Again and again, we saw the same pattern: one conversation leading to another, one relationship opening another door, and one act of obedience preparing the way for something we could never have orchestrated ourselves.

That is the story of She Leads.

We honor extraordinary Christian women, but ultimately all the honor belongs to Jesus Christ.

As we look toward 2027 and beyond, we do so with tremendous expectation.

We remain anchored in Christ and unafraid, believing that God is raising up women across the United Kingdom, the United States, and the nations of the world for such a time as this.

“Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.” — Proverbs 31:31

 I also treasured time with Bishop Jill Duff, Church of England bishop with a background in science and a remarkable testimony of responding to the call of God.

Jill shared how, despite having a successful scientific career, she sensed the unmistakable call of God into ministry and chose to follow wherever He led.

During our conversation, I shared with her the extraordinary story of how the Lord had first brought Syd and me to Windsor Castle and what I believed He had spoken to my heart in St. George’s Chapel three years earlier.

Little did I know that our conversation was about to lead to another remarkable moment.
